1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Agent Polar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Agent Polar is a cybersecurity educational application designed to teach users about:

• Cybersecurity fundamentals
• Ethical hacking concepts
• Digital safety and cyber awareness

The App is intended solely for educational purposes. It does not provide tools, instructions, or services intended for malicious hacking, illegal activity, or unauthorized system access.

Certain features require an internet connection and optional account sign-in.

3. Age Requirements

Agent Polar is not intended for children under the age of 13. The App includes an age verification step. Users who indicate they are under 13 years old are not permitted to continue or use the App.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may only use Agent Polar with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use the App, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms and is responsible for the minor's use of the App.

4. Acceptable Use and Ethical Conduct

You agree to use Agent Polar only for lawful and ethical purposes. You must not use the App or any information learned through the App to:

• Engage in illegal hacking or unauthorized access
• Compromise systems, networks, or data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harm individuals, organizations, or infrastructure

Agent Polar is designed to promote ethical cybersecurity practices and responsible learning. Misuse of the App or its educational content is strictly prohibited.

5. User Accounts and Authentication

The App may automatically create an anonymous user ID using Firebase Authentication to support basic functionality. If the App is uninstalled, this anonymous user ID and any associated progress may be permanently lost.

Users may optionally create or link an account using:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Email and password authentication

Creating an account enables features such as cloud-based progress synchronization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Agent Polar may offer in-app purchases and/or subscriptions. Purchase processing and subscription management are handled by third-party services such as RevenueCat and the applicable app store. All purchases are final except where required by applicable law.

7. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

8. Push Notifications

Agent Polar may send push notifications for purposes including:

• App updates
• Educational reminders
• Feature announcements

You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if the App is used in a manner inconsistent with its educational purpose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Polar and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or misuse of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
