This Privacy Policy explains how Agent Polar ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information. We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the App.

2. Information We Collect

a. Anonymous User Identifier

When you use the App, an anonymous user ID may be created using Firebase Authentication. This identifier is not directly linked to your real-world identity. If you uninstall the App, this anonymous user ID and associated progress may be lost.

b. Account Information (Optional)

If you choose to enable cloud-based features, you may sign in using:

  • Google Sign-In
  • Apple Sign-In
  • Email and password authentication

We receive only the information necessary to authenticate your account and link your cloud-based progress.

c. Push Notification Data

The App collects a device notification token solely to deliver push notifications.

d. Advertising Data

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect information such as:

  • Device information
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Approximate location

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is used to:

  • Provide and maintain App functionality
  • Enable cloud saves and account access
  • Process purchases and subscriptions
  • Display advertisements
  • Send push notifications
  • Improve app performance and reliability

4. Tracking and Data Sharing

We do not knowingly track users across apps or services. Any ad-related data collection is performed by Google AdMob. We do not sell personal data.

5. Third-Party Services

Agent Polar uses the following third-party services:

  • Firebase (authentication, backend services, push notifications)
  • RevenueCat (purchase and subscription management)
  • Google AdMob (advertising)
  • Google and Apple (authentication only)

Each third-party service processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

Anonymous user data is retained only as long as necessary for App functionality. Account-linked data is retained while your account remains active.

7. User Choices

You may:

  • Use the App without creating an account
  • Disable push notifications through your device settings
  • Request account deletion by contacting us at support@motivmouse.com

8. Children's Privacy

Agent Polar is not intended for children under the age of 13. The App includes an age verification step. Users who indicate they are under 13 years old are blocked from accessing the App.

Users aged 13 to 17 may use the App only with parental or guardian permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no system is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted.
