Delete Your Account

You can delete your Agent Polar account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Applies to the Agent Polar app (com.agentpolar.app) on Google Play and the App Store.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

1Open the Agent Polar app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2Go to the Profile tab, then tap Settings.
3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4Confirm when prompted. If you signed in with an email and password, you will be asked to re-enter your password.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Use this if you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in. Email us from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we delete it.

We action email requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We will confirm by email once your account has been deleted.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following. This cannot be undone, and your progress cannot be restored afterwards.

•Your account and sign-in credentials
•Your profile: name, email address and the age you provided
•Your learning progress, XP, streaks and completed levels
•Your quiz results and every individual quiz attempt
•Your notification token, so the app stops sending you push notifications

What we keep, and for how long

Purchase and subscription records

Google Play and Apple retain transaction records, and we are required to keep billing records for tax and accounting purposes.

Retained by the app store and our payments provider for as long as the law requires.

Anonymised, aggregated analytics

Usage counts that can no longer be linked back to you or your device, used only to understand overall app usage.

Retained indefinitely in aggregate form. It contains no personal identifiers.

Records of support correspondence

If you have emailed us, that email thread remains in our support inbox.

Deleted on request — just say so in your email.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or Apple, not by us, so they must be cancelled through the store that charged you — otherwise billing continues.

•Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Agent Polar → Cancel.
•iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Agent Polar → Cancel Subscription.

If you signed in with Apple, you can additionally revoke the app’s access under Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Agent Polar.
